New Year time is the time for good food. It is believed that if you eat well in the beginning of the year, you will stay fine for the rest of the year. Here we will discuss on few New Year Recipes.

New Year Recipes for appetizer

Manchurian Eggs:
Ingredients
4 Eggs, 1 onion, 2 table spoon of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon of chilly sauce, 2 table spoon of cheese, and few corianders leaves (Garnish)

Process
  1. Boil the eggs
  2. Cut the eggs into equal halves.
  3. Take out the yolks.
  4. Mix the egg yolks, tomato sauce, chilly sauce and cheese in a bowl.
  5. Now put the mixture in a piping bag.
  6. Put the mixture in the place from where you have taken out the yolks.
  7. Place the coriander leaves on top of the yolk to garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled.

Roasted Vegetables:
Ingredients:
Cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, broccoli, carrots, beans, peas, onions, salt, pepper, garlic and mayonnaise.

Process:
Cut all vegetables in equal size. Wash and keep them aside. Grind the garlic. In the frying pan heat one table spoon of oil. Put the garlic. Once the garlic is golden brown put all the vegetables. Stir them well. Add salt and pepper. Stir to boil the vegetables. Place the vegetable in the serving bowl. Add 2 table spoon of mayonnaise and serve.

Roasted Chicken
  1. Boneless chicken
  2. Turmeric powder
  3. Chilly powder
  4. Tanduri powder
  5. Garlic paste
  6. Ginger paste
  7. Yogurt
  8. Lemon juice
  9. Butter

Wash and wipe the water from the chicken. Add the lemon juice and salt for 15 minutes. Then mix all the spices like turmeric powder, tandoori mix in a bowl. Make a paste out of it. Now put the mix on the chicken. Mix it well. Add the yogurt. Brush butter on the chicken. Put the chicken in the microwave for 30 minutes. Bring it out of the oven after 15 minutes and brush the butter. Then again microwave it for another 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.

Green Salad
Cut cucumbers, onions, carrots, capsicum and keep it in a bowl. Boil potato, chicken, beans and peas with a pinch of salt. In a bowl mix all these. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to the vegetables. Mix it well. Add 2 drops of salad oil. Grate some cheese on top of it. Slice 2 boiled eggs and place them on the salad to garnish.
